Farmhouse. Early C18. Vitrified brick with red brick quoins and
vertical dressings, on stone plinth. Tiled roof. Two storeys,
attic and cellars. Five bays. Central hipped enclosed porch
with half-glazed door, all C20. Twelve paned sashes with gauged
red brick lintels and tall key stones. Applied shutters to ground
floor windows. Sprocketed roof with wide eaves, hipped to left,
and 2 hipped dormers. External stack to right gable. Left bay
returned as 4 bay 2-storey wing in similar materials, but added
later. Timber porch over 4-panelled door. Twelve paned sashes,
paired on ground floor. Gable stack. Range is extended by a
further 3 bays.
