6/235 Noyes Farmhouse
and front garden enclosure

GV II

Farmhouse. C18. Brick with thatched roof. Two storeys, 5 bays,
of 2 builds. Three bays to right earlier and symmetrical with
central half-glazed door and bracketed canopy. Tripartite 12-pane
sashes with gauged brick lintels, but to right bay a C19 canted
bay. Upper storey rebuilt in diaper brickwork. Gable stacks.
Left bay an early C19 addition with timber casement windows and end
stack.
Garden brick walls attached to elevation, returning along road with
iron spear-headed railings and gate with fluted square iron
stanchions.
