3/5 Puckshipton House
II
House. c1834, incorporating some earlier work, and near site of a
major house demolished before 1790. Rendered brick with slate
roof. Main block of 3 bays, 2 storeys, with lower 2-storey wing on
right incorporating one bay of earlier work, extended in mid-late
C20. Central entrance, a glazed door with fanlight. Plat band and
tripartite sash windows, 4-pane sash over entrance. Parapet and
hipped roof with gable stack to left, and stack to rear at junction
of wing.
