Cottage. C18. Brick in English garden wall bond, thatched roof. Two storeys, 2 bays, 3 windows, with short bay added on left. Door to the right, heated, bay, half glazed, within C20 gabled porch, perhaps replacing door to left, now window. Timber casement windows, with half brick arches to ground floor openings. Single storey and attic to rear with 2 flush dormers, and a C20 service addition of no special interest. External stack in rebuilt gable wall to right.
