Cottage. C17. Timber framed with colourwashed brick noggings on
brick and stone sills. Slated roof. Gable pebbledashed. Single
storey and attic, 2 bays, with framed lean-to at east end beyond
gable stack. Main living room heated, with inner room with later
stack, and kitchen in lean-to. Framing 2 panels high with long
corner braces. Entrance now in C20 extension to rear. Timber
casement windows and one flush dormer to front. Gable stone built
stack with brick flue.
Interior: Open fireplace and spine beams all boxed in.
