GV II
House. C17, C18 and early C19. Flemish bond brickwork with
thatched roof. Two storey, attic and basement, 3 bays, extended to
right in late C19-early C20 by further 2 bays with slated roof.
Central 6-panelled door with flat canopy on shaped brackets. Right
bay partly diaper brick with plat band, extended from door to left
in plain red brick. Three light casement windows to right bay, 2-
light over door and C20 window on left, replacing door. Gable
stacks and bulls eye window to attic on left gable. Rear elevation
of coursed greensand with 2-light ogee moulded stone windows and
cross window in centre. Extension not of special interest.
