House. 1852. Vitrified blue brick in header bond with red brick
flush quoining and dressing. Slate roof. Two storeys, 3 bays.
Central bay set forward and gabled, containing 6-panelled door
within pilastered and corniced frame. Datestone in gable
initialled C : C. Plat band painted. Twelve-paned sashes in deep
reveals, with wedge lintels and stone sills on brackets. Floating
cornice on brackets over central first floor window. Paired
modillion eaves. Roof hipped. Rear wing on right, 2 storeys, in
red brick with a hipped roof and a single storey hipped entrance
room. Two rendered stacks on rear pitch of front block.
