House. Late C16. Timber framed with colourwashed brick noggings.
Thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 2 bays, extended to south
beyond original gable stack by a third bay, brick lower section,
timber framed above. Slight framing between main posts, 3 panels
high with straight corner braces. Entrance in north bay; a half
glazed door. Paned timber windows and leaded flush dormer to
central bay. Secondary stack to north gable. To south gable and
rear, various sash windows, and 3 flush dormers to rear.
Interior: Two right bays have upper floor carried on pegged wall
rails. Central section remodelled in early C18 as main living
room.
