Farmhouse, now house. Early C17, mid C18, and extensively
remodelled early C19. Flemish bond brickwork with tiled roof. Two
storeys, south front of 4 bays, with return at left end, continued
in single storey structure containing main entrance. Original
structure within east bay, a chalkstone stack with three brick
diagonal shafts. Fourth bay C18, flint with brick dressings, and
plat band. Bays 1 and 2 and 2-bay return at left end all c1800.
Twenty-paned sash windows with gauged brick lintels and keystones.
Canted entrance on bay 4 added c1915. Present entrance in link
block to garage, formerly coach house.
Interior: East end bedroom on first floor has mid C18 fire
surround. Some panelled doors. Stack has C20 fire surrounds, and
stair altered, probably c1915.
