Cottage. C17. Colourwashed flint facing with brick dressings, thatched roof. Timber framed gables above wall plate level. Single storey and attic, 2 bays. Lobby entry plan with 1 bay rear wing. Half glazed door and 16-paned sash to right, casement window to left. Gable has 2-light window to attic. Outshut at right end, at rear, and lean-to to left gable. Interior not seen.
