Cottage. Late C17. Flint with brick dressings, the rear wall
timber framed. Thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 4 bays.
Entrance between bays 2 and 3, with main living room on left,
service room to right. Door in heavy chamfered oak frame, and
above, datestone reading R / WE / 1694 framed in chamfered brick.
Timber paned casement windows with soldier course lintels. Three
flush dormers. Gable stack on left and roof hipped to right
return as one bay rear wing with stack and end lean-to. Outshut
under continuation of roof to rear.
Interior has timber lintel to open gable fireplace, and second
fireplace on rear wall of right bay before rear wing.
