House, now 2 dwellings. Flint with stone quoins, the facade in
colourwashed brick, thatched roof. Two storeys, 5 bays. Entrances
in bays 1 and 3 in C20 brick porches. Late C19-early C20 windows
with segmental headed openings to ground floor. Datestone between
bays 3 and 4 reading H/ I + C / 1735. Brick laced outshut to rear
under continuation of roof. Roof hipped.
Interior of No 102 has deep open fireplace with oven on right.
Chamfered spine beam and joists. Interior of No 101 not seen.
