4/173 Yew Tree Cottage

Cottage, gable end to street. C17 or early C18. Chalkstone
faced in colourwashed brick, replacing timber framing. Thatched
roof. Two storeys 2 bays, hall and inner room, extended beyond
gable stack by a third bay. C20 tiled porch with stable door.
Square paned bay window to hall, paned window to inner room. C19
casements to first floor. Roof hipped to right and over
extension. Brick stack.
