the description shall be amended to read:

Cottage. 1740s for Francis Yerbury. Coursed limestone rubble with dressed quoins;
gabled stone-coped pantile roof; stone right end stack. Gothick style. 2-unit
plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Gabled porch with pointed-arched doorway to front
of late C19 half-glazed door set in square-headed architraves. Paired 2-light
windows set in raised pointed-arched architraves. Niche above door set in raised
ogee-arched architrave with cusping. Similar windows to gable ends and C18 two-
light chamfered stone-mullioned window to ground floor. Interior: stone-flag floor;
open fireplace with C19 bressummer. Situated to the west of the ha-ha (q.v.) which
bounds the garden created for Francis Yerbury to the west of Belcombe Court (q.v.).

Picturesque cottage with C19 detail added to earlier building. 2 storeys
plus attic in gable-end. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. Parapets
with kneelers to gable-ends. 2 windows in pairs. Pointed lights with
raised surrounds. Fixed plate-glass windows. In centre on first floor
is an ogee-headed niche. Projecting porch over doorway with triangular-headed
arch.

Belcombe Court forms an important group with the Temple, Stables, Barn
Grotto and Cottage to the west.
