Early C19. Ashlar with a hipped Welsh slate roof. 6 double-hung sash
windows, with glazing bars to first and second floors, plain lintels and
reveals. Continuous string-course, segmental arches and rojecting keystones
with blocks to (offset) doorway and balancing window on ground-floor.
In a vitally important position overlooking the town.
