Detached house on high ground, reached through garden doorway in Coppice Hill. 2 storeys. Probably C17 with C18 additions. Random rubble to left, ashlar to right. Stone-tiled roof with end chimney-stacks and 1 large stack in middle. 3 windows, and 2 dormers with cambered heads and 2-light wooden casements. Other windows, sashes in reveals, except left-hand window on ground-floor which has been enlarged to form French windows. 2 square-headed doorways with flat stone hoods on cut brackets. 6-panelled doors, upper panels glazed. Moulded cornice and plain parapet. Paved terrace with 10 steps up from garden. Plain wrought-iron railings along terrace and up sides of steps.

Nos. 9 to 12 (consec), Nos. 14 to 16 (consec), Nos. 19 to 23 (consec), Wesleyan Methodist Church, Former Wesleyan Methodist Church and wall and gates form a group.
