This house lies to north of No 24 and has an ashlar front facing north.
From the street to south, the building is built over a small passageway
which passes under its left-hand side. Probably C18. 2 storeys. Ground-floor
is taken up by the passageway. Ashlar. Pantiled roof. The first floor
is supported over the opening by a metal girder. 1 sash window glazing
bars intact. Included for group value.

Nos 5 to 8 (consec) and Boundary wall at Priory Lodge form a group with
Nos 10 to 35 (consec) and elevated pavement in front of No 21.
