Possibly C18, altered later. 2 storeys. Coursed rubble. Ashlar window
surrounds. Pantiled roof with chimney-stack offset to left. 4 windows
on first-floor, all 2-light casements. One pair of single light casements
to ground-floor and one other with roll moulding to window surround.
Plain rectangular doorway with ashlar surround.

Nos 34 St Margarets Hill, and all the listed buildings in St Margarets
Place form a group.
