LateCl8/early C19. 2 storeys plus basement. Ashlar. Hipped pantile
roof with brick chimney-stack. Overhanging eaves, cornice with modillions.
1 window per storey. Sashes with thin glazing bars. Doorway up a small
external flight of steps. Projecting rubble plinth with one square window
to basement. Included for group value.

Nos 34 St Margarets Hill, and all the listed buildings in St Margarets
Place form a group.
