Victorian extension to No 30, dating after 1856. 3 storeys. Ashlar with
glazed display fronts to all 3 floors. 3 ashlar piers divide the front
- 1 to each side and 1 in centre where the 2 glazed parts of the front
meet at an angle. Piers have vermiculated blocks on ground-floor, plain
rustication to first floor, and plain sunken panels to second floor. Gothic
offset motif between first and second floors. Elaborate entwined foliage
to each offset, the centre one having a finely carved head. The floors
themselves are divided by wooden panels, The glazing is divided on all
3 floors by slender colonnettes with foliated capitals.

Nos 30 to 35 (consec) form a group.
