C18. Ashlar, 3 storeys and mansard, upper pitch modern pantile, lower
pitch slate, 2 dormers. 5 windows, (side windows in pairs), sashes with
glazing bars. 2nd floor windows architrave surrounds, 1st floor ditto
but with flat cornice over each pair and triangular pediment over centre
window. Moulded sills on cut stone brackets. Ground floor windows in
plain reveals. Central doorway with architrave surround and triangular
pediment on cut stone brackets, 6-panelled door. Plinth, plain string
at 1st floor level, moulded and dentilled cornice and plain parapet.
End elevation (in Silver Street) has 1 sash window in plain reveals and
wooden sundial on wall.

All the listed buildings in Whitehead's Lane together with Nos 15 to 17
(consec) Silver Street and Nos 1 to 4 (consec) and Nos 7 and 8 White Hill
form a group.
