C18. Coursed rubble. 3 storeys, 3 windows (2 blocked), sashes in reveals,
glazing bars. Plain strings at 1st floor level and at 1st and 2nd floor
sill levels, moulded cornice and plain parapet. Central 6-panelled door
with oblong fanlight in porch of slight projection, with pedimental roof
on cut stone brackets. Wall-enclosed forecourt and front garden reached
from road by long pathway.

Well Close Lodge and Nos 4, 6 and 7 form a group.
