Small house to south-west of St Mary's Chapel, Tory. Early C19. Ashlar.
2 storeys. Slate roof, eaves. Stringcourse at first-floor sill level
and another over ground-floor. 2 windows with a blocked-up window-space
in centre of first-floor. 2 windows flank a central doorway on ground-floor.
Sashes with glazing bars. Round-headed doorway with deeply recessed door
and semi-circular fanlight. 2-storey 1-window extension to right with
cornice and parapet.

No 12 forms a group with St Mary's Chapel and gates, Tory.
