Early C19, possibly a refronting of earlier, C18, house. 2 storeys, local
rubble stone with rusticated quoins to road front. Moulded string over 1st
floor windows. Moulded cornice. Rubble parapet with dressed coping, carried
on gable ends. Flanking brick chimneys. Old tile roof. 2 ranges of glazing
bar sash windows. Recently acquired fibreglass Georgian-style pedimented doorpiece
on return to right. Victorian extension to rear. Dwarf wall in front with
arrowhead rails and dograils, gate to right. To east a long rubble wall about
8 ft high about 60 yds long linking with No 195.
