Probably early C19. 2 storeys rendered and painted. Boasted plinth, flipped
asbestos slate roof; flat eaves with brackets; flanking brick chimneys. 2
full height angled bays with hipped gables. Glazing bar sash window, single
hung on 1st floor, in moulded surrounds; ground floor window with shutter
latches.
To right: - 2 quadrant walls to gates linking with 2 storey brick coach house
north side on rubble base) which has hipped slate roof, a loft over double
doors and a 2 light casement with moulded surround to right over later doors
with segmental heal. Dwarf wall to front and 4 short piers with pyramidal
capping. Railings removed. Small gabled porch to garden entrance to east.
Main entrance at rear in angle with large altered extension.
