The best of the Chapel Street 'Gothick' cottages. Dated 1838. 2 storeys,
local rubblework with ashlar quoins and dressings. 2 ranges of 2 light glazing
bar casements with 'Gothick' heads and dripmoulds. Central beaded door with
dripmould. Steps to road. Hipped slate roof with gable end chimneys. Datestone
on right hand gable return H.B.
