Early C19. 2 storeys, coursed and squared rubble with ashlar quoins and slate
roof with coped verges and footstones. Gable end chimneys. 3 windows on
1st floor, 2 on ground floor, glazing bar casements; 2 light moulded wooden
mullion windows with high dripmoulds. Central door also with dripmoulds.
2 storey lean-to to left slightly set back, small pointed ground floor window
to north. Picturesque approach to the Minster Church together with Nos 23,
24 and 25. Further 'L' plan 2 storey mostly brick extension of mid-late C19.
