Early C19. 2 storeys and attic. Rubble stone with ashlar quoins, window
surrounds and projecting 1st floor string. joined central break under uninterrupted
wide flat eaves with pairs of cut wood brackets. Hipped mansard old tile
roof, swept out over eaves, 2 off ridge chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows,
2 on 1st floor flanking central French casement with narrow side panes opening
onto balcony with contemporary rails over 6 panel central door with narrow
side lights. The door is flanked by a 3 light window on each side. Hipped
dormer to left. The end facing the road has a central dormer and panel on
each floor with ashlar surround and keystone. Modern extension to left not
of special interest.
