Late C18. 2 storeys and basement. Ashlar front, projecting basement wall
with moulded coping. Plain string at 1st floor level. Flat bracketted eaves.
flipped roof, slate in front and old tile at sides. Glazing bar sash windows,
sliding shutters removed, with small keystones, 4 on 1st floor, 3 on ground
floor. 5 panel door, stone surround removed and replaced by modern fluted
pilasters to shallow bracketted pediment, fielded panel in lintel with open
pediment applied over it. Approached by double flight of moulded stone steps
with plain contemporary rails and standards with small urns, standing free
of steps in front. 3 basement mullion windows. Regency staircase with ramped
rail, at right angle to hall.
