Forms a slightly lower projecting half hipped gable wing to right of No 1
with entrance to Emwell Street. C18 or early C19 altered in mid C19. Mainly
brick with remodelling on front facing No 1 (which also has a narrow glazing
bar window on 1st floor). The rest is 2 storeys of small coursed and quoined
rubble with ashlar quoins and later brick dressings to windows. 2 ranges
of glazing bar sashes to Vicarage Street. Irregular fenestration to Emwell
Street including a large half hipped dormer, 4 paned recessed door. Old tiled
roof in same plane as hip of No 1; splayed at centres. Included for group
value.
