Early-mid C19 pair on late C17/early C18 basement. Mostly coursed and squared
rubble with brick upper courses, brick quoins to right and quoined brick dressings.
2 small 2 light casements on 1st floor with small panes. 2 ground floor glazing
bar sash windows flanking 2 slightly recessed 4-flush panel doors. Ground
floor openings have stone lintels. Doors approached by 4 steps to common
terrace with railings. Basement of No 31 retains top half of circa 1700 mullion
window. Pantile roof.
