Circa 1830 to 40. 3 storeys ashlar, left hand part echoes Tudor style of
No 1 (qv) and right hand part is plain classical. Gabled break to left has
coped gable with single light window, 2 light mullion window on 1st floor
and large segmental coach arch with hood mould on ground floor. Main part
of 5 windows, glazing bar sashes, band over ground floor, moulded cornice
and parapet. One ashlar chimney with moulded capping, one brick chimney.
On ground floor 2 late glazed and one tripartite glazing bar sash. 2 doorways,
paired in centre, 3 centred heads in panelled spandrels and reveals. Left
hand door altered, right hand door 6 panelled with traceried fanlight.
