Formerly "Building Essentials Ltd". Circa 1830 to 40 contemporary with No
11 and slightly angled to it. Tudor-Gothic style. 2 storey front, ashlar
with moulded cope to parapet and high coped verge with moulded footstone to
right hand gable. Large high pointed doorway to left with 2 small windows
above. 3 mullion windows with dripmoulds to 1st floor of right hand part
which is flanked by tall weathered buttresses and divided on ground floor
by small buttresses above which is a coved string. Quatrefoil vent to upper
part of south gable. A sham front to mask lean-to and workshops.
