Circa 1840. 2 storeys. Brick. Flat eaves with widely spaced pairs of cut
wood brackets. Hipped slate roof. Glazing bar sash windows. Two 3-light
windows, large panes, and single central window, 4 panes wide, on 1st floor.
Two 3-light windows, large panes, with stone mullions and lintol crowned with
cornice on cut brackets, on ground floor - central 5-panel door, top panels
glazed, in plain stone surround. Greek Doric stone porch of 2 fluted columns,
wall pilasters, entablature and blocking course. Brick wall with stone coping
to road, and rusticated square stone gate piers with pediment shaped caps.
Plain railings to wall.
