Early C19. 2 storeys. English bond brick. Slate roof with coped verge to right, 3 brick chimneys (one on ridge, 2 off). Glazing bar sash windows, 4 on 1st floor with architrave frames. On ground floor - segmental arched yard entry to left hand - 1 window - 2 three panel doors, with moulded architraves under moulded wood hoods on slender double scroll cut brackets. 1 window to right hand. All windows with architrave frames. Door panels of vertical boards separated by double beading.
