Early C19. 2 storeys. Brick on stone plinth. Stone string at 1st floor
level. 3 windows 1st floor, central with flush moulded frame and glazing
bar sash, the 2 outer modern casements, all with brick flat arches. Flat
eaves, hipped slate roof with central off-ridge chimney. 2 plain angular
C19 bay windows on ground floor, with small bracketted cornice, and 6 panel
central door with 3 pane rectangular overlight and flat hood on double scroll
cut brackets. The 1st floor level band has 'Sandilands Villa' incised on
it and is returned in brick to sides. Plain cast iron railings to road.
