Probably C18. 2 storeys rendered. Projecting plinth, band over ground floor,
chamfered quoins, coved eaves cornice (all of stone). Double Roman tile roof
with modern brick chimney to right. Modern casement windows, 2 on 1st floor,
one (wider) on ground floor. Fine doorcase to through passage (to Fatts Passage)
on left:- stone with simple architrave and cut brackets to moulded hood.
Pantile roof at rear and lower 2 storey extension which links to No 2 Fatts
Passage (qv).
