Probably C18. 2 storeys. Red brick with stone plinth, band over ground floor,
footstone and coped verge to left. Slightly set back from No 24, but eaves
project so that roof lines continuous [double Roman tiles with 2 chimneys].
2 ranges of windows, modern casements. 1 blind window over doorway. Stone
door surround with simple architrave, moulded cut brackets to moulded hood
and modern door.
