GV II

Pair of estate cottages. Mid C19. Dressed limestone, half-hipped
thatched roof, brick stacks. Two-storey, 6-windowed; casements.
Four panelled half-glazed doors in gabled porches to left and
right, four 3-light, single light and 2-light casements. First
floor has four 2-light and two 3-light casements. Left and right
returns are English garden wall bond brick. To rear are lean-to
extensions.
Interior not inspected. Good example of estate cottages, formerly
Boyton Manor estate.
