Wrongly shown on OS Map as West Farm. Farmhouse. C18 with mid
C19 front facade. Limestone ashlar, returns are English garden
wall bond brick, Welsh slate roof, gable end brick stacks with
toothed capping. Two-storey, 3-bay front. Central half-glazed
door with margin panes in stone Tuscan porch with columns and
pilasters, either side is 2-storey canted bay with 16-pane sashes
facing front and 12-pane sashes to sides. First floor has plat
band at sill level and 12-pane sash over door. Moulded stone eaves
cornice. Right return has two 2-light casements to attic, evidence
of earlier, steeper roof. Left return has external brick stack,
single light casement to attic. Rear wing with 2-light and 3-light
casements, 16-pane sashes to east side, hipped dormer to tiled
roof.
Interior not accessible at time of survey (April 1985).
