9/97 Gates and gate piers to
churchyard of Church of
St. Peter and St. Paul


Gates and gate piers. Early C19. Limestone ashlar piers with
chamfered plinths and traceried panels, moulded cappings, formerly
to overthrow, missing at time of survey (June 1985). Cast-iron
gates with quatrefoil decoration and spearheads. Similar to gates
and gate piers on High Street (q.v.).
