Detached cottage. JMJ/1737 on moulded stone tablet over door.
English garden wall bond brick, thatched roof, gable end brick
stacks. Two storey, 3-windowed; casements. C19 six-panelled
central door in beaded architrave with gabled porch, 2-light
recessed chamfered mullioned casement to left and 3-light to right,
first floor has moulded string course and two 2-light mullioned
casements. Stone quoins. Attached to left is C18 added bay in
rubble stone with 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement to
ground and first floor. Left return in rubble stone has 2-light
casement to ground floor, coped verge. Right return has 2-light
mullioned window to ground and first floor. Rear has lean-to
extension.
Interior not accessible at time of survey (June 1985).
