GV II

Detached cottage. Late C17. Painted rubble stone, tiled roof,
brick stacks. Single storey and attic, 2 windows. Planked door in
gabled porch to left of centre, two 2-light casements to right, 2-
light casement to left. Two hipped dormers to attic with 3-light
and 2-light casement. Right return has 2-light recessed chamfered
mullioned casement to ground floor and 2-light casement to first
floor. Rear has C20 door, 1-light casement either side, 2-light
recessed chamfered mullioned casement to left and 2-light casement
to right. Attached C20 extension to left return.
Interior has chamfered beams with stepped stops, blocked open
fireplaces. Isolated position on Park Hill.
