GV II

Two semi-detached cottages. Late C17 and C19. Painted rubble
stone, hipped thatched roof, brick stacks. 'L'-plan, gable end to
road. Two storey, 2-windowed; casements. C20 door in recessed
porch to right, 3-light casement to left. First floor has two 2-
light casements. Wing projecting to front has three 2-light
casements and one 1-light casement. Gable end has half-glazed door
to No 146 and 2-light casements. Right return has planked door and
3-light casement, with two 2-light casements to eyebrow dormers.
Interior has chamfered beams with stepped stops, blocked open
fireplaces.
