Detached cottage. 1615 on stone tablet to left gable. Square-
panelled timber-framing with brick nogging, thatched roof, gable
end brick stacks. Single storey and attic, 3 windowed; casements.
Planked and studded door in timber-framed gabled thatched porch to
left of centre, 4-light and 2-light casements to right, 3-light
casement to right. First floor has two 3-light leaded casements to
left attic gable, 4-light leaded casement to eyebrow dormer to
right. Left return rebuilt in dressed limestone, 3-light ovolo-
mullioned casement with hoodmould to ground floor, 2-light ovolo-
mullioned casement with hoodmould to first floor. Right return
rebuilt in brick. Rear has C20 casements and French windows.
Interior not accessible at time of survey (July 1985), but recently
modernised. Much of timber-framing to left of front recently
renewed.
