GV II

Detached house. Mid C18. English garden wall bond brick with
stone quoins, tiled 2-span roof, gable end brick stacks. Two
parallel-ranges. 2-storey, 3-windowed; casements. 6-panelled door
in C20 porch, 3-light recessed chamfered casement with flat arch
and keystone either side. First floor has three 3-light mullioned
casements with flat arches and keystones. Right return has
recessed chamfered 1-light casement. Attached to left return is
lean-to extension in English bond brick, coped verges to roofs.
Rear and interior not accessible at time of survey (July, 1985).
