3/241 Aisled barn at Greenhill Farm

GV II

Barn. Circa 1860. Rubble stone and brick banded walls, Welsh
slated and corrugated asbestos roof. Five-bay with aisles.
Weatherboarding at either end, over tie-beams. Twin angle king
post roof trusses with curved bracing from aisle posts to tie-
beams, curved bracing from aisle posts to arcade plates and to
aisle collars. An intact, well designed mid C19 barn, for the
Everett's Greenhill Estate.
