Detached cottage. Circa 1700. English garden wall bond brick with stone quoins, tiled roof with coped verges and gable end brick stacks. Gable end to road. Two storey, three window east front. Central French windows with two-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement either side. Stone plat band to first floor; three two-light mullioned casements. Brick lean-to extension attached to right return. Single-light casement to ground floor of left return. Rear is rubble stone with tiled verandah on wooden posts, two-light casement to first floor.
