Detached house. Early C19. Rendered, two-span Welsh slate hipped roof on deep eaves with rendered stacks. L-plan, entrance on right return. Two-storey, six window. Square porch with half-glazed door in semi-circular opening with keystone and imposts, cornice to flat roof, six-panelled inner door, blind segmental-headed window to left, C20 casement, sixteen-pane sash and two-light casement to right. First floor has two blind windows and three segmental headed sixteen-pane sashes, semi-circular headed stair window to right of porch. South front has tented verandah on trellised wooden posts with decorative canopy edge, two tripartite twelve-pane sashes to ground floor and two segmental-headed sashes to first floor. Left return has margin-pane French windows to ground floor, rear wing to left has semi-circular-headed door and casement, sixteen-pane sash to first floor.
