Two semi-detached cottages. C17 and C18. Chalk and flint chequers
to No 8, No 7 is rubble stone with some flint and stone banding to
ground floor, thatched roofs with gable end brick stacks. Single-
storey and attic, 6-window. No 7 has C20 thatched porch to left
with single and two 2-light casements to right, three 2-light
casements to three eyebrow dormers. No 8 has planked door in
gabled porch with 2-light casement either side and 2-light casement
to right hand bay, three eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements.
Right return of No 7 has single-light casement to ground and first
floor, evidence of earlier lower roofline in masonry. Rear of No 7
has C20 leaded casements, single-storey rear wing with C20
casements and extension with pantiles. Interiors not accessible at
time of survey (March 1987).
